If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of Services
Brickhub provides a platform to browse property listings, save favorites, request information, and use tools such as budget and EMI calculators. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
3. Property Listings & Accuracy
Property details, prices, availability, floor plans, and images are provided by developers, agents, or third-party sources. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, Brickhub does not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any listing.
All property decisions should be verified independently through site visits, legal review, and consultation with qualified professionals before entering into any transaction.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without written permission
- Submit false inquiries, spam, or misleading property information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm other users or partners
- Interfere with the proper functioning or security of the platform
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Brickhub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Brickhub is not a party to real estate transactions between buyers, sellers, developers, or agents. We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brickhub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Brickhub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
8. Contact & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
